Ever since the reveal of Destiny 2 I feel all I see in these forums is whining and petty arguments. For our sake later down the line, can we please be civilised and logical and provide criticism that will help bungie improve the game?
Looking at Destiny 1, many of the changes made by the sandbox team deemed 'terrible' by the community were made because of mounting pressure from the players, resulting in the mess that is PvP now.
We really need to think before we speak and instead of crying nerf first thing, we should first ask ourselves why/how we feel something has to be nerfed or are we just salty over a time where we were bested.
In the end, this will really make everything so much easier. Being clear and transparent with Bungie will hopefully result in smoother, quicker balance changes as well as general community satisfaction.
Feel free to expand upon this below!
Edit: I am fully aware of where I am and the reputation these forums have with regards to logical decisions. I'm just trying to help us help Bungie better the game

3 RespuestasYour opinion isn't a fact. If I don't like the beta and have my own thoughts about it it's nobodies business. I will give feedback about it but people will get so mad so fast if they disagree with you on something. Fact and opinion are different in many ways.

Criticism is good, constructive does not apply and shouldn't be expected on this whinny forum full of "entitled" cries!
-
Bungle deserve to hear all criticism no matter how trivial it is....this is what they want and need to hear.
-
2 RespuestasI love being logical. It just doesn't seem to go down well when I bring logic and reason to these forums. I seem to ruffle some feathers.
-
4 RespuestasI need to know if pvp sucks or not because I'm not going to buy d2 if it's all try hard .

1 RespuestaForget it The forums and Reddit are a god damn echo chamber

3 RespuestasEditado por oPROFESSIONALo: 7/18/2017 2:33:15 AMIf it has ANYTHING to do with Destiny... It has something to do with Nerf!! This community is weak, for a time I thought Call Of Duty community was shit. But you'll have set the bar.

On Bungie.net ppl jump to conclusions even before playing the beta xD Besides nerf posts are coming in droves tomorrow mark my words.

77 RespuestasThis is hilarious to me. First it's "Wait until reveal to criticize" Then "Wait until beta to criticize" Now with it coming in less then a week it's "don't criticize it too much" Then later "Wait until the full game" "Wait until DLC" "Wait until next DLC" Wait until D3. That will be the good one. "Wait until reveal to criticize" "Wait until beta" "Wait until full game" "Dlc 1" "Dlc 2" "D4 will be the good game" Repeat.

We've been in more than a 3 year beta, and look how much bungie listens and who they listen to.
-
Good luck with the majority of the people on these forums lol

6 RespuestasBungo just needs to stop listening to the forums

Nerf the world!

Editado por SuperDraconis: 7/18/2017 2:22:07 AMLogic? Where do you think you are, The NASA forums? Logic has no place in Destiny. Like honestly has no place in government. Edit: sorry on the crapper. Hence the crappy spelling.

3 RespuestasThe concept of nerfing needs to get tossed. Nerfing just leads to more nerfing which just leads to even more nerfing. It really doesn't make other weapons better either, all you're doing is lessening other weapons to a weaker ones level. It's why destinys weapon system as a whole was flat out garbage, which escalated much further in the pvp side where 80% of the player base uses one weapon. Notice how bungie used data to find what people used the most? They'd nerf the #1 weapon archetype as they want more variety, that backfired cause people simply looked for the next better archetype, rinse and repeat. I think buffing or simply standing their ground on the balance would be more viable than nerfing half your weapons. In the end you can't dictate what a player uses, but I think they can still make the use of variety mean more besides nerfing as the answer.

No screw bungie if this beta doesnt fulfill my every wish and desire for destiny 2
kidding been looking forward to d2 and what's to come, and I know there will most likely be issues no matter what
-
Lol you know that won't happen

3 RespuestasYes I believe part of this is because too many people don't understand the actual purpose of betas. They think if it too much as an early demo to the game rather than a TEST. It's in the name: "beta testing"
-
7 RespuestasWhat do you think this is an actual beta? Like we are testing it? Nah, its a demo and an old build of the game, it will not be representative of the final product. So making any constructive criticism is fairly pointless as its not even the same thing anymore.
-
I honestly hope that bungie does whats best for the game rather then doing things based on player critism...at least in terms of buffs and nerfs. Something I've learned through my time on another forum, players will always call for nerfs. Whether thats because something is powerful against their playstyle, somethings actually OP or something is just an all round weapon that (while not OP) is good enough for people to complain.

If i fap on a plane is it hijacking?

1 RespuestaSo, who else did not pre-order?
criticize everything
-
I cancelled my pre-order and still was sent my code from Gamestop. We've beta tested this game for 3 years. Destiny 1 still has many flaws and have been talked about for years without FIX. I will give constructive critism with my wallet. I won't be purchasing at launch.
