Here are some people who Natural Selection will erase:
People who say that the Aegis holder should kill the 3rd Oracle.
People who use Unto Dust or The Warpath on all bosses regardless - even when they're vastly overhyped at Aksis anyway.
People who say that Empowered should run Cannons and that there should be no fixed Cannon holder.
People who use the 20/20 AMR7 for any reason.
People who use Palindrome and Ice Breaker in raids.
People who only use CHAOS DOGMA~ for boss damage despite having a sniper or heavy.
People who don't leave the Time's Vengeance bubble when I tell them to - if you die, it's your own fault, I'm leaving at 05:00 and I'm taking the Aegis with me.
People who run over to a Strike boss, get stomped, then respawned and run to get stomped again.
People who use The Last Word in PVE.
People who think the Gorgons can't see you if you're directly above them.
People who spam invite messages in the Tower without context, a friendly message, or common sense.
People who use High Caliber Rounds on every gun because they are incapable of having some original thought and not listening to a streamer.
People who designate only one Runner at Vosik Pt 1 - this part is easy, why are you forcing it to be longer?!
Think of some more and I'll give them my thoughts.

The ice breaker is a situational weapon where you need to sit back and camp. Not the best choice to DPS, but for general encounters is not thaaaat baad. Also HCR has been proven to be exceptional help in staggering enemies. Crucible people who don´t wait for other teammates to pick heavy ammo. People who run unmatching burn elements. People who remain quiet when asked if they know how to do raids, even if they don´t. People who scream at their mics. People who blame others for their mistakes. People who ask for a very specific loadout in raids. People who get teleported in the vault of glass and don´t say where they are. (Watching the radar you can figure out where they are, but still is cancerous) People who don´t attempt to pick the relic in the portals and forces a wipe because nobody grabbed the relic. People who start encounters in raids when not everybody was ready. People who shot rockets inside bubbles (titan and relic bubbles) People who don´t have heavy ammo synths purchased and can´t fire a single round in the raids. People who don´t revive teammates, This applies in normal mode raids, strikes, and 3 guardian teams crucible modes. People who revive even if there is a teammate attempting to revive them. Most notoriously in crucible, there goes some free points. People who complain about Xur, more so if they have already every exotic.

People who run a shotgun on Warpriest, Golgorth, Sisters, and Oryx (non runner). People who run only left side on Warpriest so they don't get aura. People who snipe both Knights on a side at Crota with no intention of killing the wizard. People who don't want to use any super on Vosik phase 2 to stay alive for add clearing/bomb throwing. People who think left side is hard to stay alive on when running Vosik phase 2. People (mostly squeakers) who need to repeat what they're doing in any raid while doing it, will also simultaneously telling every other member what to do, when said squeaker has not run the raid before and is the one that continously dies causing the group to wipe countless times. People who kill the dps group in Golgorth because they don't watch for unstable light bomb countdown on their screen.

The first aksis ph 2 i did wanted empowered to run cannons, and i straight refused. I had way too much fun with the cannon to let someone else use it. Have never thrown bombs at aksis to this day
