Instead, why nit replace perk rolls with mods?? Cut down on the hundreds of useless guns that get scrapped immediatlt after drop and offer up a set number of platforms per rarity tier and weapon type. Then drop weapon mods with perks that can be added or removed to a platform. Better rarity tiers offer better platforms and mods. Was thinking of having barrels, sights, stocks, and recivers as the mod options. Personally I think this could be so much more fun than praying to the rng gods for a good roll and it would truly allow a guardian to make a gun they're own. Crucable would be more about skill than who got the better drop. I actually jotted the whole idea down earlier and how It can be done and separated out and such. This still allows for lots of loot and special rarity tiers while also not having the dilemma of not being able to find that gun that works well for you. Plus i Mean cmon, the city got attacked. Your gonna be more likely to find gun parts than you are to find whole guns themselves. Plus we so already break unwanted guns into weapons parts. Why not pick and choose what parts to use for what we want
