1) I don't care what your light level is. If you can survive, I can teach you the raid. If you can't survive, your 400 means nothing.
2) It's not that you have a squeaky voice or that you're 12; it's that you won't shut the -blam- up.
3) No one wants to hang out and emote at each other while you get a pizza, load a bong, or watch a YouTube video "real quick." Be ready or GTFO.
4) I would rather teach someone how to run the sword than wait 20 minutes for your friend, the awesome swordbearer, to finish playing Trials.
5) If we wipe because someone made a simple mistake; it's not necessary to recap the entire strategy. It's super unnecessary to debate using a new strategy. If the player knows what they did wrong, just restart and try again.
6) My willingness to let players "try something" degrades over time. If we're blowing through, I want someone new to run relic/sword for experience. If we've been here for 2 hours, it's time to lock it up and get it done.
7) Do not strafe when everyone is firing rockets! Stand still!
8) I'm not going to call you out for using a stupid weapon. I used to run raids with the dumbest weapons I could think of, just because. But if someone else calls you out for using a shotgun to damage Warpriest, I won't feel sorry for you.
9) If the team needs to call Oracles, Servitors, Oryx slamming, etc. This is not story time. This is not time for you to serenade us or crank up the Weeknd so that we can all enjoy it. Shut up and listen for your cue. We can all jam out to your crappy music on the way to the tower.
10) All that cool Osiris gear is just going to make me extra disappointed in you for breaking the rules above.
Edit: Thank you so much for all the responses. If only my novels could get this kind of response!
Anyways, some of the players who replied seem to be getting their panties in a twist over this list of demands. I added "#funny" up top to help some of our slower members realize this is a HUMOROUS post.
Also there seems to be a lot of concern over my low number of raid completions. Although no one has given me a specific requirement, I apparently haven't done enough raids. These erudite posters have forced me to make a very startling admission about myself that will undoubtedly shed light on my lack of completions:
Destiny isn't the only thing in my life.
If you liked this post, please check out my articles on Planet Destiny. I have weapon reviews and my infamous "Rejected Grimoire Cards." Trigger Warning: If you're the type who feels like I don't have enough experience to write about Destiny, you're probably going to get pretty butt hurt over my audacity to review exotics, too.

2 RespuestasEverything you said is what makes raids fun lol My team just mess around and barely even try tbh. We just -blam!- around and what not I remember when Crota's end came out we took like 5 hours cause all we did was have fun and mess around Kek
-
Id rather play with inexperienced people and not get the raid done and have FUN playing the GAME then playing with half these asshats i keep finding on lfg that are sooooo gooood and elite yet are total pricks. 90% if the time i have more completions and a easier strategy. Good times.

1 RespuestaEditado por PR4X1S: 4/17/2017 8:31:20 PMAll I heard was, what I need from a raid team, what about what the team needs, ever thought they may not need you, but dam gotta admit I hate people strafing when I'm firing rockets.😬

1 RespuestaI realize this was supposed to be a funny list, but it's accurate.

Hey guys, though I hugely appreciate all the positive feedback here and the requests for me to join raid groups, I feel like some of you are getting the wrong impression from this post. I'M NO SHERPA. Regarding the parts where I talk about teaching players, I only do this as a last resort. Like if I dropped into a raid and no one else knew what they were doing or if the leader had us doing some strange strategy that made things harder than they need to be, I'll speak up. Otherwise I either stay quiet or just joke around. I am perfectly content letting someone else play quarterback. The thing that I really need from a Raid Group that I left off, is a patient team that will let me run relic or sword. I watch videos. I pay attention in raids. I know HOW to do those roles, but I have very little experience with them. And that's primarily because I don't speak up in raids and I get frustrated when I'm the one holding back progress because I keep falling off the platforms at Oryx (my most infamous example). And you know, for a significant part of our community, this is a common frustration. How many of you have been in a raid where a player took on a crucial role but keeps failing? How long before you start calling for someone more experienced to take over? Hell, I've done it. When it's 1am and Carl keeps getting killed before he can sword Crota, I just want to finish the damn thing with whoever can get it done. So by all means, if you take issue with my lack of experience and would like to help me out, I will accept any offer. If you don't want to help me out, then just post your whiny complaint and move on. Thank you.

1 RespuestaNice humour senpai. I would love for you to teach me your ways as I'm a little raid rusty. For your generosity I can teach you how to kill yourself with the mighty gally. I'm also good for kicking the ball around the tower.

23 RespuestasYour completions do not warrant you the right to complain quite yet... I have more completions on one raid than you have in all your completions combined haha

I read through whole thing and and laughed. But also has really solid points.

1 RespuestaYou sound like me but the nice version lol.

Editado por WagglyGinger21: 4/17/2017 2:39:58 AMI'll be honest I have a problem with the strafing thing. It's just instinct and I have to focus on it to not do it. But at the same time I've never killed anyone so.
-
Bump this so I can read it when I get back from getting a pizza or loading my bong or etc....
JK I agree with all... Oh and add be persistent... nothing like hitting a slight bump and some wimp leaving resulting in the fireteam either disbanding or having to find someone else
If only so many others followed your list. ( '-')

Number can ever be happen When everyone shoot rockets everyone move everyone die! Wipe!!! That's the rule! And you have to do it over and over until changing to SS

8 RespuestasEditado por Axplify: 4/15/2017 6:29:29 PMAnd youre sharing this because...? If you're that concerned, just put this is youre raid posts. You haven't ever carried the sword.... You only have 24 raid completions in total, and you're teaching people about raids. Beggars can't be choosers. And why get disappointed in trials gear, don't you have any yourself? Surely people can wear whatever they want.
