Remove Exotic limit
Before Destiny 2 comes out we should have a week or two, where the exotic limit is removed, so you can run as many as you like.
It'd be quite interesting to see how much of a difference the limit made.. and were Exotics really 'that' good to warrant a limit?
Edit: some people seem to think i'm suggesting this be a permanent thing.. i'm not. I'm only asking if others would think it'd be good if Bungie removed the exotic limit from weapons and armor for a period of time so we can see what it would be like.. Destiny 1 is about to end, so why not have some fun?
Some of you PVP guys take this way too seriously.

1 RespuestaWeapons: YES. Armor: No. Armor could synergize too well together. Can you imagine a Striker running around wearing Dunemarchers, Twilight Garrison, ACD/0 Feedback Fences, and Empyrean Bellicose? The movement speed/agility would be unreal.

If you look at the designs of certain exotic armor pieces - they seem to be part of an "exotic set" (i.e. match the style of other exotic armor components). I think originally (early on in development) there was not that limitation but that it was nixed before the original release. This is just my personal opinion and I have no documentation to back it up.

3 weeks till D2 comes out: you can equip 2 exotic armor pieces (not counting class items) 2 weeks till D2 comes out: equip 3 exotic armor pieces and 2 exotic weapons 1 week till D2 comes out: everything is an exotic

Had zero exotics Weapons in my IB supremacy loadouts a few weeks ago. Oops scratch that. Used trespasser like once.

Imagine a peregrine greave, twighlight garrison, thagomizers and the helmet that gives death from above striker titan. So op but so much fun. Or a nightstalker with graviton, double smokes, lucky raspberries and bones. Id be all over it if they did this for a week or 2 for fun right near the end before D2 comes out. It would just be fun to see some of the loadouts people would use

3 RespuestasDon't really like this idea. It will just make people no life the game for two weeks then those people will complain that they need more to do. Just pace yourself, you will get all the exotics eventually.

I'd say why the hell not, especially if it's the last week or two of Destiny one. I mean they stated the final moments, Destiny one will have the sunrise modifier added for like a week or two straight. Might as well go balls to the wall and have some fun.

They could run a tournament call it exotic iron and have the same mechanics as iron banner

after destiny 2 is out, they should just let the dogs loose. i won't be playing destiny 1 anymore so it isn't going to upset me in the slightest.
