They promised a Game unlike any others... They Promised if We spent our time and $$ they would continue a platform that was applicable for 15 - 20 years ( ok Ten +... My Bad ) for growing & keeping all that we Accomplished ~
Am I the only one who see's they totally Lied Over all???
First, Bungie bragged up the game for years / decades ~ then don't deliver the mature version that was promoted, but instead ask activision to come and totally mess the whole thing up ~
They gave us DLC 's such as House of Wolves, then made it useless and obsolete ~
And NOW they tells us, All the time & $$$ some of us have put into this game supporting it & them ( game creators) No longer counts as well ~ All that we worked so hard for is Zilch, Notta, Zip ~ Nothing, but expect us to be happy that we have " stuff to do" till Sept. So we can start the process over ... Again!!??
I have been on this game, since day one, standing in a line with a back brace on just fresh from spinal surgery, to buy My limited Destiny Collection with the hard cover book, every DLC they dropped & was planning on D2 as it was added to this "foundation" we supposedly started with.
Buy, buy buy the New Destiny 2 is what they are pushing~ Sorry, Nope, Not gonna do it ~ I will no longer support Liars & Greedy people who just see MY $$$ signs... and have NO Loyalty to the people who made them ~ They just lost a Very Loyal Customer !!!

Not Me.
-
Haven't played Destiny since like October but I'll buy D2, that's for sure.
-
If it isn't 60 fps and doesn't have dedicated servers then I might swerve. Bear in mind I've put more hours into Destiny than any other game and I'm desperate for Destiny 2.
-
I'll wait for the reviews like I always do.
Even though I enjoyed Destiny all three years and played the game without any real break I have always waited for reviews before I buy any video game just in case the game I might want to purchase ends up sucking (looking at you No Man's Sky).
They must have done something right, since you have two months and 19 days on your Warlock alone.
I respect your class choice.
-
Why the tf not
-
1 RespuestaYup, collectors edition here I come! *Hopefully*
-
Wont be preordering that's for sure
-
You will buy it
-
Anything >40$ and not getting it until I see 12/10 reviews from many different sources. It must be that good to validate me spending more than that. If not I'll wait for depreciation to kick in.

Well, it's like this. Yeah, destiny had its flaws at launch. But, it's a business and they'll have to get a product to sell to stay afloat. If they could give us a better base game, I'll buy dlc. If not? Then I won't buy dlc and I'll stop playing destiny 2 all together because I'll feel like it'll be repeat of "hey we're fixing the game trough expansions and updates in between" I mention Warframe because it's a free game, and at launch it wasn't that great. Over time they listened and improved, and bungie could do the same with this next installment. But Warframe is also still free, and does a lot of things better which is sad if you think about it. Destiny 2 has potential, they need to cut the crap and give players full customization. A build isn't "oh I run this perk with these guns" it's boring and guns in destiny are boring. Exotics could be like diablo, random stats or perks, with only the exotic perk retaining Itself in any of the multiple possibilities. Give exotic armors that feel more exotic than just a piece of lore on you. You know how much of a joke knucklehead radar is? Memory of gheleon is a legendary artifact that gives Enhanced Radar, and allows your radar to remain active as you aim down your primary weapon. The helmet is a waste of MB's, remove that junk off your servers. They just need to be more creative with perks, make them interesting and rewarding, instead of always nerfing this or that. Bungie is so counterproductive they made sidearms the meta, and damn did we not realize how powerful and annoying those things are. The only really overpowered pieces in this game, that wasn't a bug, is: Thorn Vex mythoclast And the beast we will always remember before the change, Black Hammer and it's infinite perk. Those weapons could really break the game in pvp, and the sniper made pve a cakewalk when three guardians showed bosses the life of cheese.

I will. I enjoy the game, even if it has faults and I can't wait.
-
Without a doubt.

Seeing that I have spent hundreds of hours more than any other game I own on PS4, and assuming that Destiny 2 will be similar to Destiny 1, I will most likely get more than my money's worth, in my opinion, with Destiny 2. If not, then it can go among my collection of games I don't play. Or I'll sell it after I beat it, like Halo 5, ha!

1 RespuestaFrom the beginning the game has been a hype fest. They will give a vague and obscure definition and let player imagination run wild. When the release comes, it's satisfactory but WELL below Bungie's potential. And then everything Bungie vaguely said comes and bites everyone in the ass. We'll have a game with a 10 year contract that will be ever evolving and you'll be able to take your guardian with you along the journey. So the game will last 10 years? B: We never said that. We said we had a 10 year contract. No promises on a 10 year game. It's been 6 months, where's ever evolving? B: We never stated WHEN we would evolve the game. Wait another 3 months and we'll evolve it for you. So my account is basically resetting for D2? B: TECHNICALLY we said you could bring your "guardian". Not any of their belongings. So we told the truth. Luls. It's been 3 whole years of this. Technicalities and STILL not being transparent with fans. There have been talks about being able to bring everything with you in D2 since day 1. Bungie's could have easily told the truth back then. But it's safe to be vague. It's safe to never tell what the real plan is. It's better to take your past words and skew them into something different 3 years later. Just wait. Destiny 2 is going to be an insane hype fest with new things and vague promises that will let fans imaginations run wild. But technicalities will follow. Treat Bungie's words as a contract. There will always be loopholes for them to get free of any "promises" and plans. "TECHNICALLY, we never said that. Just implied. We aren't responsible for you getting tricked."

2 RespuestasAlthough I enjoy the game, I'll be busy with ME Andromeda. That'll give me time to see real reviews and how Bungie is handling their game. I am slightly leaning towards not buying it if Bungie continues their dishonesty, constant blanket nerfs, and if they don't improve all the connection issues.
-
At this point it's like blah blah blah, either you enjoy playing or you don't, you've had nearly three years to figure that out. If you don't like it don't buy it, if you do then you probably should. We can only tell bungie what we want, if that's not their vision for the game than that's something we have to deal with, move on play something else.
-
I'll buy It after a couple months for feedback from community and after a few patches
-
I'm mostly wondering how much they dumped into the second game, considering how much they dumped into/wasted on the first one.
-
Im going to wait till I see reviews and read what actual players of the game think of it. Too much BS like vault space issues, constant weapon nerfs, and rehashed assets are seriously puttin me off every time I log in here lately. It only tells me that they think they can get away with it (and have) and dropping in numerous microtransactions which seperate players (I.E. Days of Iron armor ornaments) in which promotes the game then hides it behind a paywall for only those that can afford it. Even if they change their ways, they've got a lot to prove before they get another dollar from me for Destiny 2.
-
Yeah this game has its problems but honestly it's the best game out there in my opinion. Heck yeah I'm getting d2 the day it comes out
-
If I enjoyed a game, I usually buy the sequel. Destiny may have ripped us off in a sense, but in the end I had a great time with destiny and I don't really regret buying it in any way. I plan on pre-ordering D2 (when it's available to do so, of course).
-
d1 was broken and they milked us with dlc i'm waiting at least a month for reviews
-
I thought I was the only one who felt betrayed.
-
I would say "bye", but you'll be day one pre-order customer. I know I will. Not even gonna lie about it.
