let me recover found exotics from the kiosk without spending materials and that frees up a lot of vault space between weapons and armour without adding anything.
All other kiosks work this way why not make this change which at this point would not affect gameplay in any way but would be the biggest quality of life change since vault space increased last.
And please add the Jade Rabbit SRL set to the kiosk so it can be removed from the vault also.
If bungie can assure me there are no more balance changes coming then maybe I can thin my weapons vault some, otherwise I dont want to delete something that may be decent now but great next month after a patch.
Its frustrating after 3yrs I have no space to add any "new (old)" stuff, weapons or armor. Making this change to the exotic blueprints kiosk may not help everyone but I assume the majority would benefit and gain many free spaces if those kiosks worked like the rest.

2 RespuestasEditado por Droid: 3/11/2017 11:48:26 PMThis is a good idea. However this is the reality. If it was set up this way, people could just farm exotic shards. Which is most likely why it wasn't like that to begin with.

Yeah you can fam exotic shards that way. The thing is, this isn't a "vault space solution" that Bungie claims. It never was. It's an alternative to have piece of mind saying that you can delete all the exotics you don't use currently.

2 RespuestasAnd once we unlock and upgrade all the perks and infuse it to 400 it should stay like that at the kiosk. We should not have to regrind to unlock an exotic we've already maxed out.
-
7 RespuestasAlso make them come out at your light level. Deleting a 400 to reclaim a lower light is stupid. If I have it at 400 it should recover at 400

6 RespuestasI wouldn't anyway out of principle, exotics are always useful in certain circumstances. Definitely wouldn't want to do it for armour either as the perk rolls are always awful.

2 RespuestasThey would have to make them dismantle into nothing if they do that, as people would just continuously recover and delete them for as many materials as they want. There has to be something to prevent this type of abuse.

1 RespuestaEditado por bobswerski: 3/10/2017 4:51:53 PMThey are so cheap there's effectively no cost to begin with. If you don't use an exotic weapon then delete it, period. It costs almost nothing to get back and level up, the net cost is like 4 motes and 3000 glimmer or something like that (weapon + telemetry). Armor is a different story, but the only reason to keep them is because of the ludicrous amount of time it takes to level them up, if you decrease that then you're also free to delete whatever you want. Exotics aren't the problem anyway, a raid kiosk would have helped far more than this "solution". As for weapon balance, they will go over that in 2 weeks, you'll know then.

6 RespuestasI get why that would be convenient, but they would either have to create a dupicate of every exotic for a "kiosk version" that didn't give you a shard when you dismantled it, or they would just take away all shards from dismantling exotics, otherwise you could grab free stuff from the kiosk and immediately shard it and have infinite shards. Which Jade Rabbit set are you asking about? The year 2 version is technically in the kiosk already. You just get the normal gear and put ornaments on it.

Here is another Idea they wont give a -blam!- to add. If we level an exotic and get it to max light, if we dismantle it we should be able to pick it up at the kiosk with out having to do it again. Only difference would be you cant get another shard or MoL if you've done it once already. Lets keep asking for shit that will never happen. Lets ask for more servers in D2, for balance in destiny and D2, and for a sticker every time we log in.
