I speak now for the Y1 and Y2 vets at this point when I say that if 3oC goes away, it won't be the end of the world. Except for a few raid weapons, I've gotten most of the exotics that you can on the xbox side of the map. I don't have Vex, Necro, or Touch. I don't think I'll ever need them. I don't have the Icebreaker, but that's just going to be a matter of time. Now I'm probably going to use exotic shards more than I am 3oC. Don't get me wrong, I do feel bad for the rookies and those with crap luck. It's also nice to get that occasional exotic after getting stomped in IB or SRL. Kind of a salve on the wound. It's even better after a win. I do like that they also put out Y3 Helmet engrams this week as compensation. That allowed me to get some more 400 helmets as well as not having to burn one of my srl helmets for leveling an exotic to use on the weeklies. So if 3oC never comes back, I think that would be a nice counter to it. That's just my opinion, I know some of you haven't gotten as lucky with drops. Heck, my bro just got into the game and I've been trying to get him ready for what he needs. So don't think I don't understand where some of the community is coming from.
