In the new Nexus Strike when you're supposed to step on the Vex plate to drop the energy door you can actually go up and around it (quite easily in fact). You can go all the way down the boss without the boss spawning. Once you go around you can't come back. My fireteam did this in the Nightfall thinking this is how we were supposed to complete it. Wiping didn't bring us back. We had to go back to orbit and then start the nightfall over. My question is: Was it designed this way on purpose? Seems like it needs to be fixed
