The community paid for these updates through micro transactions, they are not free.
For the second year in a row, Celebrating Halloween and Sparrow Racing in a post apocalyptic sci-fi universe where humanity is in the edge of extinction just seems stupid to me.

It is free you paid for the micro transactions (I put in 10$ for a sparrow and dance), but I got what what I paid for how the Dev team uses that money is up to them.
