Sleeper and GG with keyhole needs to penetrate Jug Shield
Change nothing about jug shield but let it be over penetrated. There is no reason why Jug Shield should block a super or Sleeper.
Edit: there is no reason why something with around 100 health. Should tank more than its health. The crazy damage Sleeper does, like 400 plus. And jug shield eats it, when it only has 100 health. No, that's so unbalanced. Stop defending this people.
Edit 2: We are trending now, the more people who give their opinion, the more likely Bungie will see it. We were top for awhile there. Keep giving your opinions everyone.
Edit 3: I find it funny that I have aim for their feet or jump over them for my SUPER to do ANY damage. Or for the SLEEPER to do ANY damage. Are you guys even listening to yourselves right now?

Edit 5: After reading everyones opinions. I can honestly say, the majority agrees with me. Don't nerf it, just allow GG with keyhole and Sleeper to over penetrate.

Under no circumstance should a passive perk be able to counter a golden gun shot. "Just aim at the feet" "Just jump back" "You're so lazy just take a second shot" "They can't shoot you until the shield is down" You're literally requiring everyone else to use more skill while you have a perk that is way too strong atm. Like this is seriously promoting bad gun play. Yeah make everyone have to to 300+ damage all while they can just run at you or around the corner with a shotgun and pull the trigger when they want. Golden gun is a super for crying out loud. It does enough damage to one shot everything. Why not jug? "Git gud scrub" "aim at the feet" "take a second shot" Okay, what if that my last shot? Why does everyone think that shooting their toes is so easy and has a large area to shoot at? Why do people who think jug is fine think that they should be rewarded with bad gun skill? On a side note Destiny's maps a more geared toward cqc. So, yeah jug is annoying and kinda broken. If you don't see it then you're part of the problem. Quite literally. Oh how I can't wait for this titan jug shotgun meta to end.

Agree totally. No neutral perk should counter a super or heavy. And to all those strikers who think it's fine to have a perk this powerful, explain why using actual reason. Not the casual "You're stupid!" Or "Strikers have had too many nerfs!". You need to break eggs to make an omelette, by the way that was a metaphor as in, you need to do something bad to make something good.

I'd rather see the initial shot of sleeper get essentially keyhole. Punch through the imitation wards put up by the taken, then bounce around inside the shield five times. Shoot through the shields of phalanx. Shoot through the juggernaut shield. Shoot through ward of dawn. There's nothing op about that. Especially considering that the only good thing about having a gunslinger hunter now is the fact that you can use keyhole to shoot through these things anyway. Damage wise it basically makes the sleeper simulant a golden gun that you can only use once per match and have to charge up for each use. How to balance tactically? Don't use your ward of dawn when heavy drops if someone is carrying a sleeper. And given that right now almost nobody is playing defender it's not going to change things a lot... For that matter. Let sleeper be the one weapon that can fire out through ward of dawn. This is partly to prevent you killing your self, but also because it's only fair that there be just one weapon capable of doing it and it's logical it be the same weapon that's capable of shooting in.

I personally think that it should have bleedthrough damage. So like if you hit it with anything that does body shot damage of 300+ it'll kill them but let's say you hit them in the body with a weapons of light devils dawn (I'm not sure if it had illuminated on) it would eat the first 100-110 damage but then the remaining 140-150 damage would hit. Or if you hit them in the head with a but not forgotten through the shield it would eat the first 100-110 damage but then it would do around 148 damage to the head. That's my 2 cents.

Tip for everything else: if you [b]jump up[/b] when he is approaching, you will either get a free kill, or he will have to look up and lose his shield. I personally love playing against them as it is usually a trade or free kill. This is what happens when people ask for SC nerfs lol. Next in line- unstoppable.

13 RespuestasYou sound like a player who joined post taken king, the meta for titans for a long time was so vastly inferior to everything else the other subclasses possessed. Quit bitching about jug. Warlocks get ranged melees, huge melee lunges. Can come back from being dead. Have a titan smash on a roaming super. Have had access to axions, firebolts and fusions far longer than titans. And dont get me started on hunters. Super that suppresses, gives damage resistance, gives invincibility frames, yanks aim look centering off. Have gg which one shots everything except under certain circumstances and fires in a perfect line. Blade is annoying but ill leave it alone because im sure everyone is tired of blade by now Point is, titans have lightning grenades which are annoying yet all you have to do is move, same with pulses. Flashbangs are inconsistent. Smash is inconsistent, especially vs blink. Shoulder charge is weak. Jug shield is a one off option against one target, it is rarely successful against two. Rockets instakill it, machine guns take 2 or 3 shots extra. Sleeper is so rarely used in crucible i cant believe you brought it up. Defenders have a super that was unusable in pvp for the most part for the longest time. Hammers post nerf are a joke. Quit bitching and realize how good youve had it you whiny little shit. Rant over

Use explosives to kill the Juggernaut shield. Use Golden Gun and Sleeper Simulant for other Supers. And for the love of God, No. More. Nerfs.
