While ur busy blooming ur shots and pacing ur shots to reduce ur blooms.... the other guy is consistently hitting you in the face with one hand tied behind his back and a blinfold. Hc users are playing with a handicap while pr and scouts laugh at us. Ars kinda need a buff except for the god damn flichmachine know as montecarlo. Who in the hell thought it was a good idea to put high caliber rounds on monte carlo?

They won't. It's how their keeping weapons like Hawkmoon and Last Word from being dominant weapons in the crucible. It's a really lousy, lazy method that unnecessarily hurts the whole weapon type.
