I've noticed that the gravity remains the same for whatever planet your on in destiny.
I'm destiny 2 I hope that at least ONE planet has a different gravity for its crucible map, this would massively effect gameplay of every kind on that planet, and add a much needed new dimension to this ailing game.
UPDATE.
Look I knew about the traveller, suit effects etc, just thought for one map it would have been good change. Kind of like in the movie ENDER'S GAME.
so everybody can stay calm and keep their cool it was just an idea. LIKE IF YOU WANT CHANGE.
FOR IT'S CRUCIBLE MAP.

3 RespuestasThere's a map (don't remember which) that dead players slowly float in the air. The gameplay is the same as everywhere else, though.
-
No. It's a video game. To keep things simple, devs don't worry about these things and they shouldn't.

I think those old russian skoda type cars that are rusting away everywhere on venus, outside cosmodrone are somehow controlling cosmic energy, i mean why else would advanced civilisations be driving combustion engined ugly as sin motors? all replicas of each other.. yep, that was once my gripe, gravity though i guess could be atributed to the travellers light/or power etc, someone answered me about those cars one time with a good reason for them, can't remember now but it seemed ok to me at the time.

1 RespuestaThis has bothered me since day fukcing one.

You're a wiz kid

Pretty sure this is so you don't have to deal with gravity changes every 10 minutes

3 RespuestasThe drifter has different gravity. For the other planets the traveler fixed the gravity so it's all the same
-
2 RespuestasYeah I absolutly LOVE that enders game idea!
-
2 RespuestasTerraforming....and it makes sense if you don't think about it.

1 RespuestaDon't make this into CoD....

Editado por lemcdoc: 10/31/2016 10:07:01 PMYeah, why does the reef have medium gravity? There should be either no gravity (space) or full gravity (artificial; they're in ships). Meanwhile, the moon has the same gravity as Earth. :P Edit- so apparently your boots give you gravity. That's why motes and orbs and crests float away in the Drifter map, but you don't. But then why isn't there reduced gravity on those items on other planets?
-
You just noticed?

Space magic

1 RespuestaDann I really never notice that ....... Maybe the traveler had something to do with it

3 RespuestasThanks for sharing. There definitely haven't been hundreds of posts on this same topic that would be easily accessed by using any search engine. I'm glad this mysterious and totally unexplained occurrence has been brought to light.
-
The traveler's light keeps guardians of all kinds on the same page of the gravity book
-
The one map where the gravity is different leaves motes of light, crests, and ammo floating away.
-
As cool as this would be all the crucibabies would cry too much. Either buff gravity its to weak or nerf gravity its to strong. They don't know how to adapt only cry. Absolutely do this for pve though
-
Dang gravity boots
-
4 RespuestasThe Drifter has anti-gravity effects on it. Granted, its only for the debris, ammo, and dead bodies, but its still there.
-
1 RespuestaYes the gravity is the same because the traveler made every planet inhabitable.
-
2 RespuestasEditado por Weird Colours: 10/31/2016 5:49:33 PMSo... Just gunna throw this out there... Bungie made a map with lesser/no gravity... It's an amazing map called the drifter... A map where random shrapnel can block your shots. A map where orbs of light gracefully float to the ceiling. A map where ammo, if not picked up immediately, floats off to who knows where. A map where these gravity effects don't even remotely affect the actual player. By all means, give us more greatly designed maps with lesser gravity.

11 Respuestascould be our boots are magnetized to that planet (i might be a little nerdy with this response)
