Explain why? Not trying to be rude but it seems pretty balanced at the moment.

One : in my opinion they didn't need to nerf firebolt into the ground only increase burn damage with less tick Two: the super it self when used goes away in like 8 seconds it needs to be increased Three: some type of evade like blink or shadestep maybe in the form of an exotic Four: the nerf to the melee shield should be back to where it was before
