Not getting "Guaranteed" reward.
Hey Bungie and guardians,
I have been noticing lately that I sometimes don't get a "guaranteed" item when I cash in my faction packages. I'll try and upload a video next time it happens as proof. Unfortunately, it seems like they recently changed how the PS4 captures video so I don't have actual proof atm. Maybe if someone else has had this happen they can leave a comment or possibly a link to a video. Anyway, I feel like this needs to be addressed since the reward in question is considered a guaranteed reward. By the way, I made sure my character had room in all his inventory slots... AND I checked the postmaster afterwards. So... ya, I did my due diligence before posting.

3 RespuestasHello, There are several possibilities here. I will list them out, because lists are great. 1. You hit rank 1 for your faction. In which case, you will only receive four Strange Coins and four Motes of Light. 2. You chose Armor for your reward package and you received two class items. One of those class items was a Guaranteed Item, and the second was a Possible Item reward. 3. Your inventory was full, and the item went to the Postmaster. However if the Postmaster is full the item will be lost forever. Note: On the PlayStation, to record gameplay you must press the Share button on your Dualshock 4 controller followed by the Square button to save. Share and Square! Cheers. Schnemley
