When I play patrols, strikes, nightfalls, quests, or crucible my super ability never appears and never charges. The bar stays empty and never attempts to fill. I haven't seen any threads or topics about this issue. Hopefully, someone knows of this issue and can help. It's frustrating because I can't help my fireteam like I should be able to. I play a hunter and am level 40. This issue started a week ago around the newest update. Update: It was the artifact I was using. Fixed.
