I have been researching this issue for awhile now and haven't had any luck getting this quest to progress. I have equipped the Dead Orbit: Shader, Emblem, Cloak (RoI), Gauntlets (RoI), and Ship. None of these are spektar versions, although I am wearing a pair of non-DO spektar boots. I have tried the new Heroic strikes for Rise of Iron and still no luck. I tried a crucible match but saw that the guardian kill counter for the quest wasn't responding so I didn't complete the match. Is this a Rise of Iron problem? Any suggestions?
