Worst pain you've ever been through
For me, it'd have to be being stung by a Cow Killer Wasp multiple times while it was in my shirt.
Edit: I'm surprised that I haven't seen a "tail whip scooter fail" yet.

Tearing a ligament in my Ankle so badly that my foot bent 90 degrees to the side. Had to recover for nearly a month before I could play football again... And then did it again in my first match back in a bad slide tackle.

But for real a kitten jumped of the top of my seat while riding passenger and left a huge scratch across my face and starting bleeding. Pretty mundane but whatever that kitten was a savage. (Another reason why I hate cats)

Recently? Two bike accidents. First: October, two years ago. Casually riding my bike with my family from our hotel to another town. We're still not quite sure what happened, but before I knew it, my bike suddenly flung itself and me sideways. One of the handlebars broke, cutting into my leg, and I fell on asphalt and probably went another foot or so forward until coming to a stop. I eventually got up, finished the bike ride, and got myself pizza. Second: Around the same time, last year. I was riding my bike home from school, when I saw what looked like one of my homies from school riding in a truck. So I sped up, trying to keep my eye on them. After a while, I noticed I was coming up on a broken "For Sale sign" that was about level with my face, and was blocking the sidewalk I was on, but it was so close that when I tried to go around it, I swerved and lost balance. Ended up going down, face first on grass. Hurt like Hell, but less than the first time. Got multiple wounds, and the chain on my bike was derailed, so I had to walk the rest of the way home.
