Iron Gjallarwing not at postmaster after pre ordering but iron Gjallarhorn and emblem there can I please get an email or something so I can get my item

1 RespuestaI had the same issue. On Tuesday, Amazon sent me the redeem code for the Iron Gjallarhorn. Still, the sparrow was missing, until they sent me a separate code for it earlier today. So my best advice is to contact costumer support if they didn't sent you these emails already.

Never got mine ether no gjallarhorn but got the sparrow really pissed off and destiny hasn't even touched this subject yet way to go bungee/destiny get ever one hyped up and let them down and not even talk about it getting fixed yet

I pre-ordered my copy at GAME because they had free posters and key rings; I asked about the Iron Gjallarhorn and they assured me I'd get it. I boot up and no Iron Gjallarhorn at the post master. I haven't seen any major posts about it either so I'm glad I've found this one.

1 RespuestaFor those who pre-ordered ROI via Amazon, please check your emails! I received and email from Amazon at 1am today (09/22/16) stating that "even though it's not our fault you dont have the Iron Gjallarwing (according to them it was not included in the bonus), here is a code for you to unlock it." That's not the exact quote but in essence the same. So I repeat, check your emails. If you dont see it, check spam and if not there maybe you should look into contacting Amazon or Bungie through the forum to get it solved. The weird thing for me was I only posted my complaint here but Amazon responded. I posted this yesterday around 3-4pm EST (IIRC) So it might take about 24hrs for them to check it. Bungie what the hell, i remember deej saying, " dont worry if you have the iron ghallarhorn you'll defenitley get the ghallerwing". Now after a freaking month and a half talking with microsoft for not being able to get the the collection upgrade i had it and used my personal coupons to buy it physical. AND I DON'T GET THE PROMISED PRE-ORDER CODES! goddamned its just setting us up and lying, is this how you treat your fans? And a lot of people has the problem. Its a simpel fix, just give all the people who got the iron ghally the wing! because they are supposed to be a linked bonus! It clearly says in the advertisement, "not bound to specific retailers". And yet a lot of shops say, "what are you talking about we don't know anything about this deal?". First he lying about the matchmaking, after that keeping us in the dark about the legacy upgrade and saying"ohh no we're sorry not our problem", and now again this?! Just give us what we should be having.

2 RespuestasBest Buy isn't budging after multiple chat sessions. I was very polite with the support rep but made it clear they won't get away with this. There's proof! Please guys, just keep hammering these people (politely) with chats, emails, calls, bad reviews, Twitter, Reddit, etc. I've heard that Amazon is possibly honoring their customers orders but have heard NOTHING about BB. I fear the worst but I'll keep nagging them all.

I've contacted amazon.... and xbox and they said that they both can't supply me with the iron gjallarwing.... so bungie it's up to you know..... and I'm getting quite frustrated... this is the 3 day I've had this problem... I am wanting my iron gjallarwing that I payed for.... so bungie.. you better fix it... because I'm getting sick and tired of doing the stuff you say (contacting supplier or xbox) I've contacted them... they both said that only you can get me my lost iron gjallarwing back.... bungie please fix... I'm not in a happy mood anymore about rise of iron

If it gave you one but not the other then at least that should validate you have the license file installed. That being the case, have you checked to see if it is appearing in the Sparrow kiosk in the hangar? If it is, you should be able to just grab it there. Would be interesting to know if that is a quick fix for people. Mine all showed in Postmaster so I can't really test it.

8 RespuestasMy son is having the same issue. Amazon Pre-order in June. One code sent Sep 17th and entered yesterday. Only got the DLC and Spark - no pre-order items. His PS4 Account shows only RoI in his assets. Mine shows RoI, RoI Pre-Order and RoI Bonus Gjallarhorn and Gjallarwing as three distinct assets in my inventory. I buy a lot from Amazon, but I won't be Pre-ordering any digital content from them again. I'm hoping Bungie can fix it, but he posted here and has heard nothing. Not sure where else to contact them.

1 RespuestaI pre-ordered the collection from tesco direct in the UK. I only received the iron ghorn code within the box. Which was at my postmaster along with a spark but no gwing code. Sealed game so I doubt it's a retailers problem.
