Khvostov weapon guide
Edit 4: instead of dismantling the khvostov you can get an intel key from the splicers use the to open the door to the ketch outside the wall go in the ketch kill the servitor and the chest there has a chance of giving you the item you need to start the quest - just found this out
Edit 3: you have to be doing the lvl 42 patrol it does not work on lvl 4
Edit 2: you need to have completed the ROI campaign for this to get the quest
Edit : I've renamed it to weapon guide because the mission you get after getting the parts gives you the weapon
Step 1: dismantle a khvostov, there are other ways to earn it in the plaguelands but this is by far the fastest then when you have the schematic give it to shiro
Step 2 kill enemies in lvl 42 to get khvostov manual pages and collect 3 weapon parts they are;
1. Under the stairs in dock 13 as if you were heading to the spawn point of the lvl 4 patrol
2. Go into the refinery then follow the path as if you were doing the sephiks prime strike it's along the right hand side of the wall
3. On the a ledge on the left side of the the central building where you fight the tank on the sehpiks strike
Step 3: complete the mission that you are given by Shiro
That's it you get the weapon halfway though the mission

4 Respuestasincoming saltiness: the weapon is amazing as far a im concerned for pvp. i tend to use hawksaw or grasp but havent really messed with the pulse setting, using it as a scout rifle works wonders. its impact and ROF combined are amazing. ive read a few post that claim its not the meta so its not a good weapon, and i only bothered to reposnd to one. Its better than my hawksaw, grasp, easyluna, and party crasher. out of the box, its fun to use and feels like the weapon we should have always had. [spoiler]feel freeto disagree, i wont respond due to me not caring[/spoiler]. [spoiler]got my first 3+ kd in rumble using this weapon, only 2 sniper kills as well![/spoiler]
