Cannot Download Update 1.28
Cannot download today's update. Just stuck at 10%. And for the love of god don't reply with try this or that, nothing is wrong with my internet of system. It's you server's. I just want you to look into it please. Just so you know i tested this on Black Ops III. Deleted game and reinstalled and patch downloaded just fine.

This is ridiculous. Couple of days ago I was able to download this, just fine on my old ps4. I got a new one, tried downloading it again and it's having this issue. It keeps saying 31GB for the update. I need an answer now.

30 RespuestasThe issues with things like this can have varying causes that can range from the Bungie servers themselves to issues with the system. Based on the timeframe that you posted this error, it is more than likely the servers as they are attempting to Hotfix the game before launch. The Hotfix is causing connection interruptions between your system and the servers which is causing the 10%, 99%, and other loading issues. Just be patient. If the issue persists for another two hours, contact me again and I will do some digging for you.

So I still can't download the damn game. It stalls EVERY time at 232.7 MB then sits there for 30 min then gives me an error. Other downloads work fine. WTF??? I paid money only to NOT be able to play the game? I'm seriously about to contact Sony and request a refund. Bungie is going to lose a customer if this isn't resolved SOON!

Bungie doesn't even show the file size so the issue is we didnt know how much space was needed. Just free up 32 GB and you'll be fine, the second I did that it worked, keep in mind it's a large update so depending on your network and speeds download times will vary

10 Respuestasbungie i have been playing since the first damn day. i preordered every single update you have put out. if my loading bar does not go past 23 mb you are by far the worst game company in history. ive been up since 4 am central time and nothing to show for it. i love destiny but i hate you with a passion

I solved the problem by going to my parents house so it must have been my router or modem or Internet provider and I did everything you can think off to fix corrupted data error but as soon as I went to my parents house it downloaded all the way through I really hope this helps everyone I'm a vanilla destiny player and I was almost in tears so I hope this fix works for everyone

still not working for me ive tried everything refreshing cache rebuilding data base in safe mode deleting the game reinstalling it nothing works. if u delete the game it stops at 230.9 mb if u just update the 1.28 patch it stops at 25.70 mb its not psn it bungie for some reason a select few got a bad patch probably more like thousands not sure but it is corrupted on ur servers plz fix this

I've had same issue since patch release yesterday. I tried once every couple hours, same error. I then tried deleting game and re downloading, no luck. Same error, will not even start download.

4 RespuestasAs far as I can tell, still no word from bungie on this other than blaming the users PS4. It'd be great if they could acknowledge the problem and maybe release a new patch that would hopefully fix the issue we're experiencing!

Same issue, absolutely nothing works.. I have never encountered this issue with any other game, but with Destiny i have it on every -kitten- patch!

Over half an hour stuck at 10 percent "preparing to update". Great job Bungie, months of prep. And of course people can't get what they paid for. This is pathetic.
