Okay so this is my first ever post and my first one for a good reason; I've been working on a really good support build for the hunter and was trying to get a relic that gives you orbs for shock melee kills... I looked on the Database and found an artifact for that but it seems like nobody has it at all... does this artifact exist in the game? I'd really like to know. Thanks in advance.
