Please help a Day One Loyal fan.
I pre ordered Rise of Iron DLC from Gamestop and noticed that they didn't give a code for down load so I called them.They said I would have to return on Sept 20th and get the code.Talking to friends they said they bought it from Xbox live and already got there code.So I went to Gamestop and switch my pre order for Xbox live money so I wouldn't have to wait and could play with my friends and would not be left behind.I tried to order just Rise of Iron DLC from Xbox live today and you can't buy just the Rise of Iron DLC you have to buy the Bundle(All the DLC's that I already own).I called Xbox live and they told me that I can't buy the DLC till day of launch and that I should try and contact you.It is still a week before launch and I would love the pre order Gally and Sparrow.Is there anything you can do for me.I would at least like to be able to buy the DLC before Sept 20th with my Microsoft money that I should have never traded for but did.A frustrated Destiny fan.

Please try restoring your licenses. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 Could you please go on your Xbox One scroll to the right until you reach the Store page, when on that page click the box that says search, now enter [b]Rise Of Iron[/b] in the search box and hit enter, two Rise of Iron should show up try both, one should let you pre-order. If your account owns the license and you still can't pre-order please contact Xbox support again.

2 RespuestasFirst thing, if you pre-ordered from your console, there isn't a code. It should download when Rise of Iron is released. Next, there should be an option for the stand alone Rise of Iron pre order under Destiny Add-ons. If you're not able to pre-order Rise of Iron, you need to ensure that your Xbox Live account has The Taken King license purchased under it (TTK is a requirement to pre-order Rise of Iron). If you still can't pre-order, you will need to contact Xbox Support for additional assistance.

Another option is to purchase Destiny - The Collection Upgrade. It contains everything and is the same price as the ROI pre-order. Also nets you all of the pre-order bonuses.
