Titan nerf
Why does bungie have to nerf the Titan if the shoulder charge is such a "deadly combo" with the unlimited sprint artifact why not change the artifact or nerf that?? It makes no sense now I have to play with my main character which is the Titan and can't trust my shoulder charge now. R.I.P Titan.

Good. I could never get the hang of using it anyways. Was always annoying getting killed by those idiots that pretty much ONLY SHOULDER CHARGED.

Not like juggernaut can take a golden gun shot and you survive or anything, and by God would it just be horrible if you were practically invincible during your smash that would just be dumb why would you want that if shoulder charge is a thing. Grow up and git Gud there are plenty of other viable options out there for Titans one shoulder charge nerf won't destroy the whole world.

2 RespuestasFirst off, the Titan is far from "dead" every class has gotten nerfed, and everyone has learned from the nerfs and moved on. I guarantee you that you will learn how to play with these nerfs, and play just as well as you have before. If you just can't BEAR these nerfs, find another subclass to play.

I main Striker,but I have never been concerned about cool down on using sprint. Because Most of Titans use Lift,not sprint while moving,so SC nerf for unlimited sprint artifact is invalid. I suggest to Bungie treating this nerf as debuff of "Memory of Jolder" if these cause "deadly combo" . Please review the proposal.

14 RespuestasI main Striker Titan and was initially unhappy but I played several hours last night with it and it really isn't much different. The animation is noticeably slower and the magnetism for a hit is less accurate but honestly, it's not as bad as it looked on paper.

5 RespuestasI put more detail in another comment so cba to re-write or find said old comment. Despite the oversealous nature of the nerf bat, the times it SHOULD be employed are to remove mechanics that let you kill without a viable counter. Previous shoulder charge, no counter. If a titan had half a brain in close quarters the time from seeing the titan at the start if its charge to you dying is not enough time to counter it. Even when I have been playing on point with a high impact/range, low RoF shotgun, from when a Titan comes around the corner to hitting me I cannot kill it. The shotgun blast seems to just spray behind them. It doesn't matter how well you play, it is something you cannot avoid. The nerf bat hopefully gives you enough time to blast them first or get out the way[b] if[/b] you are on the ball. Big "If" there. You should still need skill to counter it, but it should be counterable. P.S. no, a hunter isn't my main ;)

I can see why it got nerfed, as a lot of people used it as a panic/crutch-like they do w/ the super. That being said however, the only problem I've ever really found to be extremely annoying with SC is it's lack of ability to consistently hit targets in the air-while it can somehow 180 you on land while they were running the opposite direction. I'm not complaining, I love SC, but I'd just like an explanation for how that mechanic works.

If you are at all skilled than striker isn't dead. If Shoulder charge was a crutch for you than learn to use it properly. I've been a Titan since day one and knew that SC needed a bit of a nerf, I'm pretty happy that they fixed it.

Maybe they'll do something about all of the random panic smashes too.
