As much as I love and miss Year 1, I will say this is one of (if not the only) parts of it I DON'T miss, unfortunately, due to the increased grind. Much prefer the current armor materials. ^_^ Just my opinion though.

I remember. Back when I didn't play warlock and hunter very much and the only way I could get mats was to transfer engrams from my titan. That sucked.

Bump. I also miss them. Sure, its nice to have generic armor parts to use across the board, but these materials were one of the ways the classes were separated - and it encouraged you to play all 3 classes regularly if you wanted to have them all leveled up.

I still have an original Titan Queen's Helmet from that week long event (or however long it was) back in the day. Of course I also kept my Vault, Crota, and Kellslayer armor sets, along with the weapons.
