Idc about the range drop, honestly if I shoot you, you should take SOME KIND of damage. If it's even like 10 HP, don't make make it seem like I missed cuz that just pisses me off to no end

How about when you clearly see the bullet hit animation on your target but no damage tick when up close? More rare when up close, but happens.
