TLW is OP as shit currently, you can look up how people do with it on guardian.gg. It needs a smaller effective niche, because they aren't going to buff other primaries to push it out of any more with their new balance methods.

It is not op. It is efficient in shutting down shotgunners and other extremely aggressive players, but outside of that range it has severe issues. In the mid range it is extremely inconsistent, and the reason all the pros use it is because it creates a well balanced loadout. Close range primary, mid- long range secondary(sniper) it is not overpowered in the slightest bit, only very strong in one specific range.

Have you USED this gun? Those stat bars do not accurately reflect this gun at all.

Extensively lol. I don't want these changes just to clear it up, I'm just giving recommendations if they want fan fire to only be when hip firing which kills the unique aspect when firing the gun.

I'm not sure I agree. But more than anything I want the expanded bloom gone for my beloved Handcannons :'(

thing about bloom is that if they get rid of it handcannons will dominate again. Handcannons are hard to balance.

I think TLW would dominate again. Legendaries would be strong but fine (IMO). One of the big problems the handcannon users have had is that their exotics were SO GOOD (especially during HoW) that they had to be brought down. And the entire class with them. So we legendary users get the feeling that our guns got busted because of an exotic we don't even use. I digress. The range nerfs were needed HARD. But the bloom is too much.

That's what bugs me though. We've wrecked a whole weapon type just so TLW isn't insane, and people are cool with that. My PvE HCs cry salty tears.

Not really, because they will still only be viable in the mid range, unless using a high range hand cannon.

No they are hard to balance because you can boost the base range stat of a handcannon but forget that they can roll with range increase leading to them dominating at all ranges.
