Notice how the majority of the community has less kings fall completions than VOG or CE
It really says something when you can look at the majority of the community's raid completions and VOG or CE have more completions than kings fall.

There are several factors to this. 1. There's no chase. What weapon are you hunting for in KF? I still run VoG and CE occasionally looking for nechrocasm and Pretorian Foil. 2. They have been out longer. So naturally KF would have less completion. 3. When VoG and CE were end game they were the only end game. No trials, no CoE, no other way to get max level gear. Among others I'm sure I missed.

6 RespuestasTo the people saying 'Well obviously, VoG and CE have been around longer'... While technically true, consider this community's average opinion of 'relevant content'. VoG was relevant for the first six months of the game, then saw three more months of relevance when HoW brought us Etheric Light. CE only saw six months of relevance, total. King's Fall has been our 'relevant' raid source of endgame gear for nearly an entire year now.

VOG had weapons that people didn't think existed, and CE was a quick raid with somewhat consistent rewards and Exotics dropping like candy.

I just play for infusion gear and trying to get the scout rifle. But tbh Kings Fall will probably be the best raid. Not beacuse the loot, how the raid plays.

5 RespuestasBump. All I do anymore is y1 raids and Crucible. Kings fall is boring and has the same rewards that suck every time. I use fatebringer, fang of ir yut, or vision of confluence to mix it up along with ice breaker. The only raid weapon I use is harrowed quillums because it is a machine

Its not that its bad its the fact that the weapons are garbage. They all have horrible perks, no element burns and arent good in pvp or pve. Vog had great pvp and pve weapons as drops so did CE all of this excluding the heavy machine gun suck ass and thats why no one doesnt Kings fall.

8 RespuestasThere is nothing wrong with KF raid,really there is not. It's more technical then the other 2 and a lot can't grasp a simple concept like "counter clockwise" so fail and think it's stupid.Another thing is it takes more skill to finish which most hate.The 1st few months there was nothing but praise for KF raid. Now saying that VoG and CE are great to,VoG is great for screwing around in now but 20 months ago it was hard and a lot said the same thing about it as they do about KF raid. And again CE was the same. VoG and CE just seem easier now but back in there respected times they were rather hard and lengthy(VoG mainly).You can do KF raid in less then a hour by the way with a good team,same amount of time it takes to do VoG. Oh and by the way I have more KF raid completions then VoG just solely on the fact KF has been relevant longer.I have way more CE completions then either KF or VoG since I could run sword.

I don't raid but I am willing to bet that it has something to do with drop rates. How many people ran vog and needed that one piece of armor and didn't get it. You don't hear anyone saying that anymore. Do the raid get gear and done. No need to go through 50 times.

They should've been much harder to come by, and have a far greater chance of paying out. Bungie has allowed players to circumvent Destiny's end game.

Your opinion . I've done them all kings fall is probably the most enjoyable to be honest . All the raids were good in my opinion .

Well, back when they were relevant, they were really the only place to get higher gear, now you don't really have to go into the raid to reach the light cap.

Just look at my Raid completions. Shows how much fun I have in KF. And Crota. VoG is awesome, though.

Haven't done it in months since a few weeks after April update. Then I did last week just to help a friend out, still feels the same - boring. What surprises me is when people say KF is Hard. I only felt that way during the first 2 weeks of its release (Hard mode) I go to LFG and still complete it, rarely do I get a party that could not. But I guess it's because I am good at telling if a party will be capable to complete it just by listening to the kind of conversations and observing people's load outs.

Well the player base has shrunk since launch as well, but not only that but the raids have gotten much harder to complete and just dont feel as fun.

I completely agree.i keep getting to oryx and lose the motivation to finish. The Vault was the best hands down.

It's because VOG was really the only endgame thing most year 1 ppl could do, then crota hit, and it was the same, but when TTK hit, there were more things for ppl to do to get their light up. Personally, I'm a year 2 player, and I just recently began raiding, and before I did that I got my light up to 327, all without any raids. Now, I can't speak for anyone else, and I've still never done crota, but VOG was harder and a little more entertaining than KF. But, raising as a whole is a very fun experience that all players should experience, that's why I think the older raids should become current in light and skill levels
