Hehehe, happened to my few times, but luckily nothing good was dismantled. I also dismantled exotic engram. I bought it, and instead of taking it to Cryptarch, I hold square and dismantled it. I was even wondering why I didn't get anything, and when it finally came to my mind I couldn't stop laughing.
