Need help
Hey so I bought the frame for my touch of malice but I didn't have all the fragments I needed so I went with a fellow clanmate and got 45 fragments but its still not letting me take the next step in the quest.
What's supposed to happen? Do I have to wait for something or should I find more fragments or what?

3 RespuestasYou probably haven't completed the Hunger Pangs quest line. Complete that and you'll receive another Hunger Pangs quest and then once finished you'll receive another one and then you'll get the ToM. Probably made no sense. Complete the Hunger Pangs quest and you'll get it two more times then you're done and you'll receive it.
