No Mans Sky: First Impressions
Well since the game just released (at least for me). Gave it a good run of 3 hours, and so far.. The game is [i]really[/i] interesting so far; the discovery of areas, finding new words for the alien language, and overall surviving. Which it can get you really immersed into the game.The more I travel around the (1st planet) the more areas I discover, the more resources and even gear upgrades I find (Thanks to the random aliens I talk to). But other than that I'm really impressed with it the only down side for me with the game is the horrid FOV.
I will look forward what the devs will do with the IP.
[spoiler]I did not receive the guidance from Atlas so I don't know what happened if you go with the entity. I did feel bad since some some containers and doors requires an Atlas key.[/spoiler]

Honestly this game will only be good on PC. 30fps with crap FOV, graphics/textures on consoles is not very impressive. PC version should clear it up tho

Hands down my favourite game ever made. It's everything I ever wanted and more! The team at HG out did themselves with this diamond. I'll be playing it for the rest of my life :)

16 RespuestasI have all of an hour in, but have a bit of an idea so far. First, a complaint. I hope you can remap the joysticks, coz left is LOOK, right is MOVE. But then again, I suppose I should have expected as much for a game developed in a country that drives on the wrong side... Is it me or does the game look a bit like Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning? I think quite a few will hate it as it doesn't tell you what to do, it just presents you options. Whenever I play a game with a random map like Civilization, I enjoy the hell out of it as I explore the map, then lose interest in the end game when I've seen the whole world. Looks like this is gonna be a game for me.

I got like five hours in last night it's kinda cool but the game keeps crashing my ps4 three times so far I haven't left my starting planet it yet but I got a bad ass new multitool if the other planets are unique I can see sinking a lot of time in to this game but I'm having inventory problems so I gots keep selling all of my stuff and I don't think one of the materials needed to fix the ship can be found on my planet so I bought all I can from the market hopping it will be restored when I get back on all in all the game is cool not the greatest game ever made like some of these kids are saying lacks story and coop and if the planets are re skins it will kill the game for me

People should wait a week before assessing how the game will be. If I buy it, it'll be because someone who has played longer than an hour gave an unbiased review. Right now everyone is acting all starry eyed but wait until you realize it might really just be the same tedious mining.

2 RespuestasI'm very interested in it and plan on watching streams to see if I wanna get it on PC or not but I'll ask you a couple questions: Are there rpg elements to it? Does it seem like a good game to play for a couple hours a night? Or is it more hardcore single player? Did you have really high expectations before launch? I've been interested since they first talked about it but I've tried to keep my hype/expectations basically nil so I can't be disapointed. Thanks!

The FoV does look horrible, but sadly the game itself is not released in the EU officially.

Every time someone mentions FoV, they subtract 1 degree.

I'm really enjoying it so far. Played for like 6 hours straight. Come across some really neat things. Need to start taking screenshots
