We need to be able to search for raid groups in game instead of coming out the game and onto destiny.lfg like if bungie should consider.
-
Its easier to use a dedicated lfg website on a phone or computer than anything that could be placed in-game. Console joypads just aren't a great tool for something that requires typing. I just lazily use my phone and its no problem at all.
-
They need to conserve as much space as possible, so that won't happen.
-
7 Respuestasif you had time to type that, you have time to lfg and find a group. simple as that.

I hate LFG. The people complaining about how matchmaking would ruin a Raid, (even though every MP game since the beginning of time has used matchmaking and it's never been an issue until Destiny for some reason), don't understand the full potential of matchmaking. It's not just about finding a group to finish an event. It's about finding a longtime group of friends. Someone you can do the Raid with whenever you want. You know where I met all my friends that I play Forza with? On Forza. Through matchmaking. My Halo friends? On Halo. Through matching making. All of my favorite MP games are filled with friends I met on those games. By design, Destiny is the only one that wants you to drag your friends from other games over to it and hope they're as obsessed with it as you are and don't stop playing 3 weeks after launch. That hasn't happened for me. Most of my friends played the story and then left. The few friends I have on Destiny now you know where I met them? Doing Heroic strikes. THROUGH MATCH MAKING. Bungie knows that matchmaking wouldn't hurt the Raid. It's just that more people would be doing the Raid and it would lose its tough "end game" appeal because it would longer be an event that was difficult and required teamwork. Instead, everyone could do it. And then it loses its tough guy image. Matchmaking works. But it's purposely left out of the Raid because it helps intentionally limit the amount of people who can do it. The Raids are tough, and require teamwork. That's in part because there's no matchmaking, not because the Raid is hard.

1 RespuestaHow would people ask for their ridiculous raid requirements then?

Take Warframe for example they have an IN GAME recruitment chat...Bungie pls

Destiny with multiplayer support. Will we ever see the day?!

14 RespuestasIt would be cool to see a console or something in the tower/reef like that so that a raid team can just put "need two for kings fall, oryx checkpoint, hard" and it would show the open fireteam slots when you clicked on their listing. Then you simply click on the fireteam leader and it opens your messages to him. There could even be PVP, strike, or bounties/quests options.
-
Maybe that's the rise of iron "thing the player base has been clamoring for"

9 RespuestasYou must be new here: Bungie doesn't care about that.

Eh I'd rather them just allow us the ability to communicate with others in the social space through the game similar to wows trade chat rather than having to send messages or inv people to parties
-
1 RespuestaTheir IPs lore is not even in the game. They couldnt even do that. They havent enabled OPTIONAL matchmaking in raids because it will be too hard? That's their reason? If they consider their game hard then i feel pity for their company's future after Activisions contract is over.

I expect to see a ton of new features we have been begging for now that 360 and ps3 have been dropped. Though I'd assume we won't see much of them till destiny 2.
-
Some MMO games have a "party" feature. You can open it in the menu and it will show all parties that are recruiting and what they are doing. You can also start your own and set certain activities or do a custom specifying in the title. You can set how many openings you have and specify things like classes and minimum item (light) level, along with a brief description of what you are doing. It seems to work well and is put of the way enough to not have your Hud spammed all the time.

For the love of God yes! Why would any company want its players want us to have to rely on another company...

Editado por Charge619: 8/8/2016 10:48:41 PMThis is a good idea and can be implemented fairly easily. Instead of making changes to the LFG portion of the companion app, they should have added the feature in game.

2 RespuestasEditado por KoNEY: 8/8/2016 4:15:48 AMA lot of mmo games have "party' features. It let's you choose from a menu of standard options and will show you players who have selected the same set of parameters. There are also some custom things such as titles and such, which people can look for if they are interested in something very particular, such as "VIP Kills Farm Cosmodrome"......etc., etc.... Edit: These features could be implimented for lots of things other than just raids, as my given example shows.

They should have that bar be a place where guardians go to find fire teams for any and everything. You go in there, you sit on a chair or stool, and boom. You are in a menu that you can search through. And make your own posts, that only people in the tower and in the bar see. Would be super fun.
-
1 RespuestaThey should put a raid searching mechanic in the bar lounge, under the FWC in the hangar. Just seems like the kind of place people would band together to do crazy sh*t
