People paying, all the stressing and people banging on about KD and ELO..wasnt like this in year 1.
-
1 RespuestaWith how many people I've seen ddos I can agree to this. It's been carried over to several crucible matches where my entire team would be kicked (reminder that there is 6 people) and in several occasions these people would even send messages to you saying how do you enjoy being the only person on your team.

5 RespuestasToO is a cancer. Try hards bitch when they get stomped and regular pvp and pve players have to suffer due to the nerfs bungie drops to coddle their baby asses
-
4 RespuestasIf you take a video game seriously ( unless you had something to do with it's creation) you are a loser.
-
neither was this constant sniping meta
-
1 RespuestaReally? What I said would happen came true? Imagine that! Only 1 thing needed to fix this: Guardian makes lighthouse? Then they're done for the week. You still have 2 characters that can run, so it's not punishment by any means
-
I think those people have gone too far. ToO in and of itself is fine. Some people have to play hardcore to have fun. I used to be like that but as I've gotten older I've become casual competitive. Sure, I wanna do well but I don't have to do well to have a good time and I sure as shit don't expect other people to have rediculious KD and/or ELO if they wanna play. I'm not good enough at fps anymore to have requirements other than: Don't be an asshole and lets have fun.

8 RespuestasEditado por CozmicClockwork: 8/6/2016 6:43:43 PMWell its gotten REALLY hard compared to what it used to be. I noticed a pattern at least for me. Before 4 wins: evenly matched and games can go either way. At 4 wins: your team is instantly gangbanged by the enemy team and you are almost always denied that random armor peice. Like really all I try to do is do bounties and 5 wins but its almost impossible for relaxed groups of lfgers to get to 5 wins.

5 RespuestasVote with your playtime, if enough people aren't playing it then Bungie will make adjustments to get people to play. Trials was meant as a PvP end game activity to give players access to endgame level loot without having to play the raid. Unfortunately a certain portion of the community views Trials as a substitute for an actual tournament scene.

1 RespuestaMost people who brag about having a high KDr and ELO are usually snobby douche bags in real life.
-
5 RespuestasLook I've been flawless and I love Trials....but it calls itself a tournament. Therefore if you go flawless, you've "won" and I think that character should be done for the week. For people that just wanna play elimination, keep that playlist up all week. It'd help people practice or warm up anyways.
-
Going flawless once and getting the new emblem is more than enough for me now..
-
This is why PvP does not belong in Destiny.
-
Year 1 trails was alot easier to go flawless and didnt have to deal with as many try hards.
-
The sweat is real right now. I either bash teams or get stomped by 1900 elo guys, i rarely have a competitive game with people my skill level. Hopefully the player base fills up with RoI because it isn't much fun right now.
-
Yep been x20 so far but I agree
-
4 RespuestasHigh ELO? More like high EGO *badum tss*
...
-
33 RespuestasSeriously. Year 1 was fun and was almost always a guaranteed flawless. No mention of ELO bullshit, just a minimum required KD. Now it's ELO farming. Streamers spamming their dumbass raffles. Crap map rotations and even crappier loot. If I had all the gear already I wouldn't even play Trials anymore. Honestly wish Bungie would remove KD and ELO and any third parties that allow you to check it. The game would be fun without having anybody worry about it.

Average at pvp and stopped playing trials. I know its supposed to be for the best but its ridiculous now. There are so many elite players doing repeat runs its crazy. They often do 30-50 runs a weekend. If youre in just a decent team youre gonna get destroyed.
-
I didn't play it in yr1 and rarely play now but yes ToO has gotten way too serious. Everyone has to go flawless now or they quit and the amount of kd and elo posts have gotten out of control. It's 99% now that check kds/elo and demand flawless runs. Kinda insane.
-
2 RespuestasThe funny thing is the rewards are so mediocre and who cares about ELO or KD. I played year 1 as the weapons were great but year 2 could care less.. still love me some IB.
-
When it was only cbmm it was more fun because all that mattered was connection and team play. With the match ups now heavily weighted by cards it makes it really tough. Competitive games are fine but most losses toward the end have lag as a major contributing factor. Shame really.
-
1 RespuestaTrials is a bit too sweaty for me. I'm just an OK pvp player so unless I'm playing with friends it's not worth the hassle. And it's kind of a joke with all the carries and people running it over and over. They should send people who've went flawless that week into their own separate group to play each other.
-
Editado por zombdestroyer: 8/7/2016 2:51:43 AMI completely agree. It's almost impossible to enjoy trials, and I've only bothered to go flawless twice this year (for the two emblems). The difficulty seems to skyrocket at about 4 wins, with triple hidden hand sniper teams can't miss and shoot through walls, and lagging shade steppers who don't die until 5 seconds after you shoot, not to mention all the 'paid flawless' people and streamers. And the loot you get from flawless isn't even worth it, as the gold tier rewards are often better! Bottom line, trials is a laggy sweatfest with subpar loot that brings out the worst in most everyone who plays it.

1 RespuestaTrials as a whole sorta needs to be reworked. I love playing destiny competitively, but trials isn't as competitive as halo 3 used to be. Too focused on res-sniping and supers, I think a lot of people would prefer to,have the competitive side of destiny be more centered around strategy, map awareness, and gun skill. I think having the end game PvP rewards accessible through a game type other than elimination would be nice. And game modes other than 3v3 and 6v6 like 4v4 would be cool. Doubles being a full time playlist would be nice. Big team like 8v8 would be insane too, if you could manage to get 16 players on a map without the lag getting out of hand. Don't get me wrong though, I'm cool with whatever, no changes is cool too, just stop nerfing our guardians, all subclasses.
-
Meh trials is fun to play casually I mean I'm a pvp scrub lord with a .75 kd. I really think destiny has a better pve and I tend to play that more.
-
1 RespuestaYeah at this point it's too competitive for a video game, I'm not willing to invest time in card after card, I buy 1 and if it happens great, if not I'll do something else.
