5 Respuestas2 shots and run away is known as skill?
-
2 RespuestasAs they say: Same Shit different wrapper. Crucible is still a horribly broken mess that is nowhere near being balanced.
-
The burden of proof lies with someone who is making a claim, and is not upon anyone else to disprove. The inability, or disinclination, to disprove a claim does not render that claim valid, nor give it any credence whatsoever. However it is important to note that we can never be certain of anything, and so we must assign value to any claim based on the available evidence, and to dismiss something on the basis that it hasn't been proven beyond all doubt is also fallacious reasoning.

1 RespuestaHow about the fact that we have twice the stick time playing it? More stick, more skill. That would mean better players which require more skill to beat, not to mention a larger player base as time has passed. Yea, that sounds about right...right?
-
Vex and suros and any auto lol yesh way less skill than today.
-
2 RespuestasNo. First you had prenerf Vex then Suros Regime then Thorn. Also you had shotguns like Felwinter's and Matador and snipers like Efrideet's Spear with final round.
-
Wow the b8 is real folks...😂
-
2 RespuestasUsing vex and thorn didn't take skill Using Matador didn't take skill Going flawless didn't take skill also because of thorn and vex I win

-
9 RespuestasIt didn't tho. Year 1 crucible was for kiddies
-
You're right.
-
People people settle down about Thorn, TLW and bla bla bla. Skill cannot be compared to year one versus year two. Its two completely different play styles. Year one mirroring most fast paced fps while year two running borderline MOBA slow. Some players wreck at fast gameplay while others can wreck at slow and passive. Which also has to do with the type of player. The player might not be passive and have very little patience. Just think before letting words fly.

2 RespuestasI can disprove you in one word
Thorn
-
The lower the overall time to kill, the more room there is available for gunplay and counterplay. The skill gap is larger with a slow TTK, and also allows good players to demonstrate it consistently. Unfortunately, the switch from CBMM to SBMM means that this is not shown as you will constantly play people with comparable skill.
-
5 RespuestasNo, it didn't. Proof? --> My kd has been constantly dropping since TTK....
-
4 RespuestasYeah. Thorn, TLW, Felwinter's, Matador, and Efrideet's with final round took SO much skill to use.
I think I just proved you wrong.
3 RespuestasEditado por Dooodley: 7/26/2016 10:27:11 PMI'm torn. Year one seemed to revolve more around primary gameplay, or specifically an exotic primary, which changed over time. It gave the pure FPS'ers an advantage and it was usually easy to tell who had been playing Halo etc. Y2 is more of a mayhem, where secondaries and abilties stand out. As a pure FPS'er you're probably going to get frustrated a lot but I guess there's some skill in navigating the chaos - so kudos to those who have figured it out. I can tell you that I havent because every FPS I've played up until now has relied heavily on map control and positioning and there's very little of that in this game. Destiny at the moment is a matter of having a good secondary, a strong class, to some degree reflexes and an advantagous connection.
-
I maintained a 1.5 (or close to it) across all three characters in Y1. In Y2, that has now dropped to a 1.3. Granted, the majority of my Y2 Crucible experience has been hunting strange quests with odd weapons that I wouldn't normally use and/or playing in sweatier events like IB.

Year one had thorn
