What's the dumbest perk on a weapon that bungie came up with?
It has to be surrounded. Its dumb as shit. Tell me if you can beat this use less perk?
Maybe with enough feedback we can get these taken out or made useful in some way other them screwing us on perk slots!!

What is the one, magazine refilled on super use? Yeah, because that doesn't take up a perk slot for nothing.... Agree with exhumed as well, that stinks. Don't really like any perk that requires you to die first!
