My entire build (armor, perks, weapons, subclass node selection, dis/int/str) was geared for maximizing Tripmine effectiveness. It absolutely is noticeable - that build is destroyed.

Boo hoo you cheap piece of shit, now get your kills with some effort like everyone else

Me too. I don't know what I'll do with my 335 Ahamkara gloves, since they're tripmine specific. I will give Bungie this, it made switching my exotic armor to the Celestial Nighthawk a whole lot easier. The downside is I've always been highly leveraged in discipline armor, leaving me unideal (not a word) options for intellect. I'm going to completely change the way I play my Hunter, from tripmine/discipline to super/intellect. Oh well, it only took me a year to fine tune my Hunter to my preferred play style. Thank you Bungie.

and how exactly did that build look like? i run gunslinger for almost 100% in the crucible with tripmines, Max dic and int and grasp of ahamkaras. you could get more grenade energy from orbs or melee kills but how is this affecting your build? i can only repeat myself: to each their own but i think you are exaggerating
