Since y1 nerf and made obsolete Bungie has been doing the samething over and over and over again with each expansion that contains less content. yeah, so as long as I order it between now and the 19th of Sept I can get this black skin that is totally cosmetic. I just can't get hyped for this. Thought that all the DLC / expansions thus far have been vastly overpriced
