What Subclass needs a buff?

My personal opinion is that the Sunbreaker could use a buff. Sometimes a direct hit doe's 5 dmg. I would buff the tracking and forgemaster Perk could use a buff. Maybe not like before just a little bit stronger. Disclaimer " This is NOT a hate post. So do NOT get angry at me"

  • Defender could use a buff in pvp and pve. For pvp make it at least a 3 shot for GG and make it so that I don't die from the split nova bomb. In pve make armor of light also include knock back immunity. I shouldn't be blown out of my own bubble by a simple vandal punch.

  • Sunsinger, viking funeral should somehow be changed to burning an enemy for an extended period while used inconjunction with touch of flame......Yea i think thats my idea

    • My thought on the subs, with effectiveness rating. 1 = Absolute cupcake, 10 = Unstoppable force. Sunsinger = 7. Close to OP due to unnerfed firebolt abilities. Nightstalker = 7. Incredible neutral game capped with Mombo Wombo combo and Super-killer Super. Stormcaller = 7. Near-unstoppable Sith lord Super. Striker = 6. Infinite one-hit melees, ultimate counter-Super Super, decent neutral game. Voidwalker = 6. Recently buffed to nearly rival other warschlocks. Gunslinger - 5. Super is always tough in the Crucible. Bladedancer - 4. Super is tough, but in a sense equaled by swords. Sunbreaker - 4. Hammer of Sol is only effective with experts who can compensate for its miniscule burst radius. Defender - Special. 4 for Rumble, 5 for uncoordinated team, 7 for coordinated team using mikes. I think BD would benefit from an increase in DR when Arcblade is engaged, and SB should have hammer burst radius restored to pre-nerf levels (leave all other nerfs intact).

      • GG, BD, and HoS need massive buffs in PvE. Nothing really needs a buff in PvP besides hit detection on BD and HoS.

        • I think the neutral game could use a boost. The super is fine the way it is. Suncharge is strong and hammers just require you to aim better.

            • Here's my opinion on what should be Nerfed: -Nightstalker's Wombo Como: Reduce time between Grenade and Smoke activation to about 3 to 5 seconds. -Nightstalker's Shadestep: Remove I frames. -Sunsinger's Firebolt: If Firebolt Grenades are paired with Viking Funeral and/or Touch of Flame, Firebolts will have half the range. Reduce 1 or 2 burning ticks ONLY for that grenade. Things that should be Buffed: -Titan melees: Every melee hit with any subclass recharges a little bit of Melee Energy. -Sunbreaker's Suncharge: Increased damage, fix tracking, reduced energy cost. -Defender's Ward of Dawn: Can only be destroyed by Nova Bomb and Fist of Havoc. -Defender's Force Barrier: Provides 90 more health instead of 65. And 120 if paired with Relentless. -Striker's Fist of Havoc: Increase damage against PvE enemies by 20%. -Voidwalker's Nova Bomb: Increased damage against PvE enemies by 20%. -Stormcaller's Stormtrance: Increased damage against PvE enemies by 10%. -Gunslinger's Golden Gun: Increased damage against PvE enemies by 20%. -Bladedancer's Arcblade: Increased damage against PvE enemies by 30%. -Sunbreaker's Hammer of Sol: Increased damage against PvE enemies by 5% to 10%. -Bladedancer's Arcblade: Reduced energy cost by 20% to 30%. -Gunslinger's Swarm Grenade: Increased damage against PvE enemies by 15%. -Agility Stat: Now increases weapon handling ( Time to ADS, weapon draw time etc. ) This will not increase Stability stats nor Reload time. -Armor Stat: Make it a damage reduction stat. For example, if Armor is maxed you will receive 15% to 20% less damage.

                All subclasses with aggressive supers need a MASSIVE damage buff in pve. This way: Foh is useful and kills everything other than ultras/bosses. This way it can use its super (and other abilities; which all require you to go up and personal) without dying. Golden gun will do more than damage inflicted by the lowest impact sniper. And if it uses all it shots, it can kill anything (excluding ultras/bosses). 1 bullet kills any regular enemy. 2 kills any low-mid tier major. 3 kills anything Nova bomb now kills everything (excluding ultras/bosses) with ease. (That way, I don't beat every enemy half way to death to make sure they due from Nova bomb. A -blam!-ING MAJOR GOBLIN SHOULD NOT SURVIVE A DIRECT HIT NOVA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! *Ahem* Bladedancers can now kill anything (excluding ultras/bosses) with enough slashes Hos and stormtrance are ... okay. But they either need extended time or buffed damage on majors. (Stormtrance was fine UNTIL transcendence got NERFED thanks to PvP) People (including myself) have been pleading for this for over a year and a half now. And there is no downside to obliging the community with aggressive supers that, oh I don't know, KILL THINGS WITHOUT YOU HAVING TO INITIALLY DAMAGE THEM!!! It's not as difficult I make it out to be, but it really pisses me off when a major that I've beaten half to death (or shouldn't have to be) just brushes it off. Foh is millions of kilowatts of arc energy smashed into the ground Golden gun is the heat of the sun compressed into bullet form Nova bomb is erupting void light with the power of a COLLAPSING star Arc blade is millions of kilowatts of arc energy charged into one blade Hos is the heat of the sun charged into hammers Stormtrance is focusing yourself to become a conduit of arc energy and releasing UNLIMITED POWER Give one reason why they shouldn't feel that way .

              • Is it just me or is sunsinger melee ridiculous? I mean it deals 122dmg+and burns you 70 more is you have Viking funeral dealing you 192dmg while also having crazy range and possibly giving you overshields or new melee in less than 10 seconds? Is it just me or should this get nerfed just a lil bit? Even more use a light beyond nemesis with a sunsinger while using brimstone and the perk that gives allies an orb of light when you melee kill someone with scorch, use radiance melee kill one get melee back in 3 seconds and melee kill other and you make total of 5 orbs of light, almost enough to give your allies their super back, great in trials and elimination and after using super switch perks back to skill bolt with viking funeral. Sunbreaker melee got nerfed when it could one shot low armour (with burn) guardians even though it had small range, just saying it sucks to play against sunsingers with a hunter with high recovery cuz you get one shot by their melee have to use high armour and wait for eternity to shield to recharge rip. Titans master race.

                  Bladedancer, that's it. Sunbreaker beats it in: Mobility, DPS, KPS (average kills per super), grenades, and armor. What more is there to say?

                  • StormCaller needs a nerf to duration. I dont know how many times i have ran up on the same warlock in a match and they still had it activated...probably 4-5 times which is a lot if u ask me Voidwalker is in a good place Sunsinger needs a nerf. I wud be alright with it if their grenade didnt burn for so long (forgot the name of the grenade, but everyone knows what im talking about) Sunbreaker needs three things- 1) a much better grenade. All their grenades, with the exception of one, is shared with other classes. Now i know most people are going to say, "that applies for every subclass." or some shyt. But lets behonest, of those who actually use this subclass. Who uses the thermite gernade. And with the nerf to the burn damage (that the suncaller does not have btw... >->) it needs a grenade that is again original and good for both PvE and PvP but at the same the not too op. 2) fix explosive pyre- This perk seem non existent in both PvE and PvP. Makes Immolation Fists useless and a waste of space 3) hit detection and a SLIGHT increase to tracking- I got used to the tracking nerf but at times it doesnt track when its right next to the enemy (both PvE and PvP) Nightstalker's wombo combo isnt op its just annoying. Mist people didnt care about it until one person decided to hate. The super tracks a bit too much for my taste. Its pratically the hunters version of SB pre-nerf. So that will need a slight nerf. (This off topic but when using a shotgun i expect to be rewarded a kill upon headshot. Anyone else think that should be a thing? Cuz i have been getting a ton of crits. with my shotgun in pvp and the other player stays alive...even at close range)

                        • Golden gun needs to do more damage in pve and they need to fix our throwing knives, some burn, some don't. Sometimes I burn players with a melee without using a knife. Shits weird and annoying. Almost as bad as melee sensors for sticking someone with a smoke from an inch away instead of throwing a punch.
