Exotic shard drought... Like if u agree
So who was the genius that thought Xur selling "legacy" engrams was a great idea?? I'm just curious as to why he's still selling them. They're over priced & completely useless, does anyone even buy them? What would be more useful & better for the community (I'm sure everyone will agree) is to have Xur sell exotic shards again

3 Respuestaslol I think they are breeding in my vault. Every time I look I have more. It takes 1 telemetry and 20 motes to unlock an exotic which dismantles into 2 shards. Easy

My xur idea.i figured that maybe since this post is growing a bit,community managers might take notice which i highly doubt.Rate my idea? [spoiler]Maybe a sort of package system for xur would be good?each time you level up with him then you could get some goodies such as shards,3oC etc. and you level up by buying things,the higher the price,the more rep you gain.Sounds like a good idea to me.It would also allow him to keep the legacy engrams (dont know why they replaced the shards with them,why not both?)while also adding something for players to work even more for,playlists such as PoE and crucible. TL;DR Package system for xur that levels as you buy items,the more expensive,the more rep.Also allows him to keep the legacy engram for players that are searching for year 1 armor/weapons.[/spoiler]

I agree I had over one hundred shards but now I'm down to 4 I have to buy a bunch of 3of and hope to get exotics that I can dismantle

Selling shards wouldn't make sense due to the easy dupe source from kiosk. But maybe like a package of shards at a good deal that would be worthy of strange coins idk.

Was a ton of fun until they nerfed it. :( But I do agree, they should bring back exotic shards like in Y1. If anything, make sure you don't have any spare 310 exotics laying around in your bank.

Instead of him selling those stupid year one garbage, exotic shards should take its place it's crazy that I have to spend an exotic shard to get an exotic shard like logic to that please?!! Lol it's pathetic.

i mean, i have a ton, so it doesn't affect me... But i don't see a reason to not have them. After all, im not one of those people who says that just because i don't need something means someone else doesn't. What would it hurt other than helping out people who need them.

2 RespuestasI don't get why people are saying there is a shard drought. I have 90+ shards and have had over 70 since ttk came out. What the hell do you guys use your shards for other than infusion?

I dismantled all my Y1 exotics first day of TTK. This is when 2 shards a dismantle was automatic before they nerfed it. I have over 130 now. I think most people lost shards before infusion went 1:1. I know some exotics cost me 4 shards in infusion before the update. With the update, you should see your shards slowly creep up in numbers now.

Editado por RagingPheonix00: 5/20/2016 10:54:28 AMfor all the year 2, players who achieved equal playing ground with year one player quite quickly last year with the helping hand of bungies expedited service, i think it is completely fair you have to grind longer for coins to spend on a year 1 exotic for a shard, and as a year 1 player myself i like sitting on top of about 60shards.

I filled the gaps in my Y1 colkection with legacy engrams. Happy. I have around 90 exotic shards. Happy.

3 RespuestasALRIGHT! IM GOING TO TELL YOU HOW TO GET SHARDS! 1.Have 1 shard. At least. 2. Get a crapload of glimmer. 3. Buy as many exotic swords a possible. Use all shards and glimmer available to you. 4.max out every sword one by one using notes of light, bounties, etc. 5. When COMPLETELY maxed out, delete them. They'll grant 2 exotic shards. Buy 1, get 2. Granted it will take forever, but it's the only way I know how to get shards.
