Title says it all. There is no legitimate reason for all classes not having the same melee speed and range, yet warlocks get special treatment. In yr1, they got an exotic that allowed them to survive a GG shot point blank, have instant regen nades,and just generally being pampered to by devs. And what do Titans get? You could argue that it has the highest armor, but again that can easily be copied by a warlock. Hunters can survive shoulder charges(I've experienced this on both ends of shoulder). They may be faster, but how many times are you racing a hunter or warlock in pvp? You can't outrun Stormtrance,that things range is insane, you can outrun BD but that thing is broken to hell. SB is just awful, damn thing cant even kill a stormtrance in one shot but works the other way around. TL;DR Why no love for the Titans?
