This shouldn't even be a debate. The Witcher 3 has a way bigger world, more to do, more unique and interesting characters, and in my opinion, a far more interesting and personal lore.
Skyrim, to its credit, is a better at letting you choose how you want to play, gameplay-wise. Witcher lets you choose how basically every quest ends, and everybody's play though will be profoundly different.
And we don't need to talk about graphics.

Just a metric fck ton of things to do. Really comes down to personal preference in a few core areas (gameplay, abilities, etc). Like, I personally prefer Skyrim. Even without mods I can do really cool shit! Can't turn into a werewolf or giant vampire monster thing in Witcher games.

On PC, I can make Skyrim look as good as The Witcher 3, so graphics are not an excuse. I'm not saying Skyrim is better, I'm just pointing that out.

When you need to use third person modifications to do that to the graphics then yeah, I'd say witcher's is still better. Or I could add that on pc you can mod witcher too.

No. It's a contributing factor. The Witcher three is bigger and has a FAR more engaging story

I meant in general... Not necessarily skyrim... I don't like 3rd person games which is the main reason i don't like tge witcher or gears or mass effect dispite all these being great game i myself dont like them...but that doesnt mean i think they suck...
