There were 3 emblems specifically related to Destiny that could only be gotten playing the beta and during the first week of the initial release
Founder's Seal - Played the beta
Sign of the Elders - Played the story mission The Dark Beyond during the beta
Sign of the Founders - played Destiny during the first week

Sign of elders was the most difficult the mission was only available for two hours. I just happened to be home when they released it.

I did all that and only unlocked two, nothing can be done now...

There was also Sign of the Finite.... I think you had to take some virtual video tour of the locations in destiny

The Sign of the Finite was one of the 11 emblems that could be obtained via a code I do seem to recall a some virtual video tour that Bungie did with Google Streets before the game was released, but don't remember there was a 'reward'...

There definitely was a reward for the Google Streets thing. I'm 90% sure it was Sign of the Finite
