Basically yep. The first few rounds we get put with lower ranked people who don't have legendaries aren't good at pvp.like people using rares, not fully unlocked classes, etc. then like in the 4th or 5th we get put with guys who have gone flawess many many times, using doctorine, spamming grenades, camping, 335 light with all trails gear, 4600 grim, 46 days of gamplay
