I purchased Destiny: The Taken King a couple of days ago and successfully completed the April download. I started the game and worked through the A Guardian Rises mission apparently to the end (I eliminated all the enemies) and then turned off the game without going through the cut scene. When I turned on the game again, I was on a spaceship and told to select a destination. As this appeared to be the beginning of the Restoration mission, I selected Old Russia, Earth. I was able to access the Earth map, but I could not get any further. I then selected the alternative destination offered, Tower, The Last City, Earth. I was able to access this destination and move around in it but not accomplish anything,, so apparently I accessed the destination out of sequence. I am stuck now, and , unless Bungie has a better answer, I think the best solution would be to restart the game at the start of the A Guardian Rises mission, perhaps at the hard level, but I do not know how to do this. What should I do?
