I'm afraid it may be worse than that. I think they may be leaving the console market altogether.

No way they will do that. If they are being profitable with something they won't stop. It's still a company that only cares about money. So until they stop making money it will continue.

Still, when GM restructured, the Pontiac division was scrapped. In the long haul, though the Solstice sold very well, GM could not see doing the volume in Pontiac it could in other divisions. It's not just about making money. It's also about where you can make the most money.
