Why can't I choose/use the guns I want?
All I want are hand cannons and I haven't had a single exotic hand cannon drop yet. Literally thousands of three of coins and nothing. 4 GD Midas, like 3 bad jujus, and a couple auto rifles which I hate using. Am I just supposed to keep farming my whole life and never get any guns I actually want? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Like what do you want me to do here?
(I meant to say literally feels like thousands of ToC, so stop getting on your high horses)

Go do guns for banshee if you are a hunter he gives a quest for and exotic hand cannon ace of spade at rank 3 at rank 5 for any class he give the quest for the first curse.

Get your gunsmith to rank 3. You get an easy quest for an exotic handcannon that is exclusive to hunters. When did you start playing? Xur sold hawkmoon shorty after TTK dropped. The next time xur sells primary legacy engrams test your luck. If you get the year 1 version, you can purchase the year 2 for legendary marks (assuming it has a year 2 version.)

Ace of Spades is tied with Hawkmoon for the best hand cannon in the game.

You can buy them too... A decent one is The Vanity. It's got good stability. The vendor roll from FWC is alright too

I wasn't questioning the RNG or what it is. My question is why make the top tier weapons RNG and not all bounties? It would provide a lot more content and it wouldn't be like shooting darts in a pitch black room. You could also make the bounties really difficult so that crappy players wouldn't rely on good RNG and bring in a lot players who left destiny back because they never got the guns that they wanted.

the vendor hand cannons are nice from time to time. Sounds like you're giving up too easy. Getting ace of spades was easy I thought.

Rank up the gunsmith. Quest for Ace of Spades at rank 3 on your Hunter. Quest for First Curse at rank 5 on any character.

Well it's RNG. I can't go to a casino and play one game and then go to the cashier and demand the jackpot. Part of the game, and makes it more exciting.
