PS players: Would be upset if...
Sony decided not to join Microsoft in the cross-platform program?

They should as it would increase the player base, improve connection. I know certain games that have really small player base on xbox, people do be waiting a few minutes for matchmaking.

Pricks said no for years, then while their latest console is losing steam and ultimately falling behind, they try and save face by saying they want to team up. Pathetic. I would be, cross platform has the potential to revive old games that are struggling with player count and allow you to play with or against friends on a different console.

Hey wasn't it Xbox who decided they didn't want to do the cross platform thing. I'm pretty sure Sony said there ready then Xbox was the one who said no.

It would be kind or confusing. I have no idea on how they plan to work out friends. Will XBOX use PSN? Will XBOX players have to create a PSN acount and link it to their LIVE account to cross-play? It doesn't make any sense.

Wasn't Sony the one pushing this for years? and Microsoft really didn't look into until now. Sony has stated that they would work with xbox to make it happen it just comes down to the technological aspect of it.

I wouldn't be. I have friends that own an Xbox so I cant play with them. If people get to play with friends that they cant usually play with then I see no problems with it.
