Real pay to win games, games that allow you to buy success, power and a massive advantage over non-paying players (mobile games especially) are easy to identify. Even if I paid for sterling packages and got a 'perfect' roll on armor my pulse rifle reloader and solar armor buff won't help me defeat a player who is better than me.

14 RespuestasIt's not pay to win. Buying an exp boost speeds up a package. Buying light lvl 3 armor isn't "winning" you anything. If I bought the whole armor set and infused it with my best gear off the bat my light would still be roughly 310. Did I win? No. I changed my look. Vs playing and getting the armor in game and infusing it anyway. If they were selling the gear at max light then sure I'd say they are messed up but that's not the case. I understand your and everyone else's general frustration but that still doesn't make it pay to win.

When it does drop, who is to say that your reward package from whatever faction is actually good once you get one? It's up to RNGesus, and hardly anybody will be getting anything that has high light, insane rolls, or both (because nobody is really getting anything great now, I know I haven't for sure). This game isn't pay to win....yet. This should be as close as it gets.

5 RespuestasPay to win is overpowered gear that you can only acquire by spending real $. You still have to play to get gear to infuse into the gear you were stupid enough to spend $ on when I can get the same shit just for playing.
