Seems how they gave it a second nerf, bring it foreword to yr2

At first I thought they were using it as a year two version, but why even nerf a year one weapon??? They need to look at those op Firebolt grenades that have a higher dot than Thorn.

Because maybe they are considering it. They didn't say Thorn or Gjallarhorn will never reurn, unlike the Icebreaker. My guess is they're studying if now it's balanced.

That is my hope. Its the only reason I can see nerfing it yet again. I would think a simple solution would be only giving 1 or 2 round in the chamber the DoT perk. Seems easy enough.

Yeah, but then it could be ineffective for PvE. The stacked DOT was pretty good imo. Now it shouldn't be a 3-body-shot anymore, encouraging headshots like other HCs, making it way more balanced.
