Hahaha I'd like to have some 315-307, with raid snipers and raid gear on my team but I get put with 297-298,

Matchmaking is weird (at best) sometimes. More ofter than not,things that you and other members wrote are happening. And even in IB i've seen everything: A team of 6 members facing a team of...2 (I was one of those 2).A team of "randoms" against a 6 full fireteam.There are so many problems that can happen with matchmaking. The most funny momment for me was when the game "put" me in a loosing team.The funny part was that the game put me in that session at the very end.Did not even had a chance to get into the game.Flying into the clouds I hear "Your team has lost.Better luck next time." It was a 6 vs 4 (if you add me too into that team). They need to do something about it,I think every player agrees to that.

It would also help if it would stop putting me into the middle of losing matches. What am I supposed to do when I join a match where the other team has 3-4 times my team's score, not to mention the fact that by the time I join the entire other team has their supers built up already which means there is pretty much no way for me to do any good.

Hacking is crazy high. I have shot people with half a clip and I die with one to two shots. If I'm in a game winning by 10000 to 2000 or less then losses 20000 to 15000 or less. This is f*cking bs.
